1. Services Provided

We offer junk removal, hauling, cleanouts, green waste disposal, construction debris removal, and related services. All services are provided based on the job details agreed upon before work begins. We reserve the right to refuse any job that poses a safety risk or involves hazardous materials.

2. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are based on the estimated volume, type of material, labor, mileage, and disposal fees. Final pricing may change if the actual load is significantly different than described. We will always notify you before performing additional work or charging more than the original quote.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, card, checks and digital payments. A service fee may apply to bounced checks or delayed payments.

4. Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Missed appointments or same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee to cover scheduling and fuel costs.

5. Items We Cannot Take

We do not remove hazardous materials, chemicals, paint, asbestos, biohazards, or other restricted items per local regulations. It is the customer’s responsibility to disclose the contents of the load before pickup.

6. Liability Disclaimer

We are not responsible for damages caused by undisclosed hazardous materials or unsafe job conditions. While we take care when removing items, we are not liable for minor damage to landscaping or pathways that may occur during normal junk removal operations.

7. Use of This Website

By using our website, you agree not to copy, distribute, or misuse any content for unauthorized purposes. All information provided is for general use and does not create a business-client relationship unless services are officially booked.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. All changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
